Shipping FAQ's
Everything is made by hand at Moose Olivier Designs, so please refer to the item description for processing time. We ship everything through USPS and you will receive a confirmation email once your item ships along with tracking information. Moose Oliver Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
What if my item is damaged in the mail?
If your order is damaged in the mail, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of both the packaging and the damaged item. If you choose USPS Priority or Express mail for your shipment, your item is automatically insured through the USPS and we can file a claim on your behalf. You do not need to return the item to us; however, do not get rid of the damaged item until the claim has been finalized by USPS. You may receive a letter in the mail requesting that you bring the damaged item to your nearest post office for verification. Be sure to follow the instructions in the letter so the claim can be finalized asap. Once we receive verification from the post office, a new item will be shipped to you.
What if my item is mailed to the wrong address?
While it does not happen often, it is very important to check the address saved to your account. We are happy to adjust the address before shipping; however, we are not responsible for the shipping fees to resend packages once returned back for insufficient address, wrong address, unable to deliver, forwarding, expired, etc. We will reach out to the buyer if a package is returned to review options to resend.
